Einstein School was founded by a Jewish community in 1973 in Quito, Ecuador. It is a well-established educational institution, known by name, by recommendations and for its outstanding reputation. Inspired by their Israelian roots, they are more and more focused on technology and innovation.

The institution realized that their visual brand no longer showed who they are, where they are heading and what it is they want to communicate. Therefore, they did an extensive internal research and together with HotBrands® the brand health was analyzed. Part of this research is a study of their identity and image, their positioning, reputation, esteem, and remembrance, amongst others. All the relevant groups* were interviewed to understand who Einstein School is and where people envision them in the near future and in the long term.

*Relevant actors: Task Force, the board, employees (teaching and administrative), their students from pre-scholar to high school, as well as with their alumnus.

The rebranding chosen by Einstein School was a big one, as is its current vision!

Next, was the radical transformation of their visual brand. Einstein School and HotBrands® worked together intensively in solutions to align their visuals with their vision directed to the future of technology and change. As a result, the new logo is modern, clean, and fresh; it represents their identity. Next to the logo, HotBrands® designed the complete graphic system, empowering it to be a versatile brand, especially in digital means. For example, templates for social media, digital newsletter, digital business cards; all guided by the new brand book. To complete the change, HotBrands® designed the school uniforms to enhance positive and proud feelings for Colegio Einstein and their community.

The new brand will achieve to create the right intern culture and will be able to compete better in terms of perceived value, increase notoriety and differentiation, and drawing the path to innovation, among many other benefits.
