PIBSA® Premium Insurance Broker was founded in 2014, in Quito – Ecuador. PIBSA® advises people and companies in all type of insurance, based on their needs and wishes. When the pandemic arrived, they soon learned that it was time to position their brand online. They wanted a fresh brand, fit for digital presence simplifying the experience for (potential) customers to quickly be in direct (digital) contact with the advisor.

 

As the main features of the former brand represented PIBSA®’s very well, HotBrands® wanted to keep its essence. First, the form of the shield shows that it protects you. Furthermore, it represents tranquility, fidelity, and commitment. The blue color represents trust, stability, and loyalty, so we also wanted to keep that. But the whole logo had to go in a more fresh – friendlier way. This reflects in the new image of PIBSA® and digitally it is a super clear logo!

This is an important change; in this era, it is important that there is quite some variety possible on how to use the logo, depending on the channel of communication and message.

We developed a clear promise: “We take care of what is important for you.” This is key to further build the communication structure. From the rebranding, HotBrands® delivered a new web page and now we are working with PIBSA®’s to build their online community.
